Paulownia Venetian

Our Paulownia collection, available in 8 stunning colours and 2 slat sizes, is our latest response to the customers looking for natural timber venetian blinds that are easy to operate, stylish and rich in details. These slats take the full advantages of Paulownia wood - light, natural grainy look, yet ultra-straight. This collection will no doubt take your window treatment to the next level. 

Finishes

Slat: 50 mm or 65 mm wide x 3 mm ± 0.2 mm thick from quality selected paulownia wood with slat ends stained or painted to match slat color. Furnish not less than nominal 6.9 slats per foot (cloth tape 7.2 slats per foot) to ensure tight closure and light control.

Dimensions: Width 500 mm minimum - 2400 mm maximum. Height 500 mm minimum - 4000 mm maximum.

Slat Support: Cord made of 100% polyester yarn compatible with slats and spacing of ladder no more than 44 mm for 50 mm slats and 60 mm for 65 mm slats. Optional ladder tapes constructed of high strength polyester webbing and spacing no more than 44 mm. Tapes spaced to comply with industry standard for size and weight of blind.

Headrail: U-shaped profile with rolled edges measuring 58 mm x 52 mm x 0.4 mm made of corrosion resistant steel providing a sleek high profile design. Internal components well fit for specified performance and designed for smooth and trouble-free operation. Headrail finish to be standard baked-on polyester and to coordinate with slats. Ends fitted with high-density white plastic end caps.

Bottom Rail: Trapezoid 50 mm x 15 mm for 50 mm slats and harbor bridge shape 65 mm x 15 mm for 65 mm slats made of quality selected paulownia wood with ends stained or painted to match slats. Color-coordinated engineered polymer tape buttons to secure the ladder and cord. Finish to be stained or painted to match color of slat.

Lifting Mechanism: Fully enclosed standard cord tilt holds and tilts slats at any angle. Solid steel, corrosion resistant tilt rod. Optional plastic bead chain (Ø4.5 x 6 mm) incorporated into the tilter mechanism designed for bigger and heavy blinds, i.e. blind width exceeds 2000 mm.

Mounting Brackets: Steel square brackets 65 mm x 64 mm x 22 mm with baked-on polyester finish.

Valance: Canterbury shape measuring 63 mm wide x 8 mm thick crafted of selected paulownia wood stained or painted to match slat color.

Blind Measurement: Shall be accurate with a maximum deviation of no more than  3mm or as recommended in writing by epic window fashion.

Deduction Rules: 10 mm off opening width for inside mount. No deductions for outside mount.

Slat Finish: 8 selected colors: Pure White, Beige White, Rustic Gray, Teak, Walnut, Dark Walnut, Dark Oak, Black.

Ladder Strings: Ladder strings colors to coordinate with slat color. Optional cloth tapes 25 mm x 44 mm x 54 mm and 38 mm x 60 mm x 70 mm for 50 mm and 65 mm slats respectively available. Please refer to samples for available tape colors and pricing guide for surcharge.
