Are you a factory?

Yes we are a factory with a production floor of approx. 1600 square meters. Our people are well trained and proficient in making our products. They are stable and on average they’ve been with the Company for at least 3 years.
Where are your blinds made?
They are all made in China with local or imported parts and/or fabrics.
Where are your shutters made?
They are made in China.
Can I get samples from you?
Yes we are happy to provide samples to help you better understand and have hands-on experience with our products. Most of our samples or swatches are free of charge. Freight cost applies - relax we don’t mark up a penny on top of rates from couriers. Contact our sales rep for further details.
How soon can I get my product?
This is normally depending on material status and overall production plan. The fundamental rule is – whose order came in first gets shipped out first. When there’s a material shortage, for example, you ordered a fabric colour that we don’t usually carry stock, then it’s up to 25 business days for us to get the fabric. On average our blinds can be made ready for shipping in 1 to 3 weeks. Our shutters will take around 3 to 4 weeks prior to shipping.
Do you do made-to-measure blinds and shutters?
This is our expertise - we pride ourselves in our ability to make fully custom-made blinds and shutters right to your requirements.

I don’t know what product to buy, any recommendations?
Our sales reps can help you with this. They know our products well and can give you recommendations based on sizes, location, colour or material preference.
What should I do if I don’t know or have a shipping agent in China?
Don’t worry. We will sort it out - we work with the most cost-effective and professional shipping agents/forwarders in China to ensure your products will be handled and shipped timely in good condition.
What should I do with a damaged product upon arrival?
While we take care in packaging and delivering your items, if a product arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact your account manager.
How soon can I expect your reply towards my enquiry?
Our sales and customer service people are always ready to support your business. Responding to your enquiry would often take 5 minutes to up to 12 hours.
